How It Works
Four stages, no operator involvement
The separator runs continuously alongside the conveyor. Nothing has to stop for it to do its job.

Detect
Material travels the conveyor with tramp ferrous metal buried in the burden.
- 02
Attract
The suspended electromagnet generates a field strong enough to lift metal clear of the material bed.
- 03
Capture
Cleats on the self-cleaning belt hold the metal against the magnet face as the belt rotates.
- 04
Discharge
Beyond the magnetic field the metal releases into a collection bin, clear of the product stream.
